I am Daniela Voss
I grew up in Norway and live in the UK countryside now, in a house that smells of rye bread and drying herbs. My grandmother had an answer for most things, and most of them grew in the garden.
I am not a doctor and I do not pretend to be one. I am a woman who cooks hearty food, brews honest remedies, and feeds a hungry Viking of a husband. These guides are what we actually do in our house.
In my longhouse we do not do weak tea. If you want the real thing, written plainly, you are in the right place.
