Terms of sale

Nordis sells digital guides written by Daniela Voss. By buying, you agree to these terms. They are written plainly on purpose.

What you are buying

Each product is a digital file (PDF), delivered as a download. You buy a personal licence to read and print it for your own use. Please do not resell it, share the file, or post it publicly.

Delivery

Your download appears on the confirmation page straight after payment and in an email to the address you used at checkout. The download link works for thirty days. If it expires, email hello@nordis.health and we will send a new one.

Refunds

Because the guides are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. By completing checkout you agree to immediate delivery and waive the usual cooling-off period for digital goods. If something is wrong with your file, email us and we will fix it.

Not medical advice

The guides share ancestral traditions and family habits for general interest. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for a doctor. Always seek professional advice for any health concern, and never forage or take a plant you have not positively identified.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax.
