Nordis keeps as little of your data as possible. Here is exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you buy a guide, we collect your email address and the billing details Stripe needs to take payment. We use your email to send your download link and your receipt. That is all.

Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for payment data under its own privacy policy.

How we store it

We store your order (email, what you bought, and your download links) so you can re-download for thirty days. Download links expire automatically after that. We do not sell your data.

Analytics and cookies

If you accept our cookie banner, we use a few analytics and advertising cookies to understand how people find the shop and which guides they buy, so we can run it better and reach more of the right people. These are provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Analytics, and TikTok.

When you buy, we also share a hashed (scrambled) version of your email and the purchase details with those services so a sale can be matched to the visit that led to it. We never share your raw email or card details this way. If you decline the banner, none of these load and none of this is shared. You can change your mind by clearing this site's cookies.

Email

We email you about your order only. We do not add you to a newsletter without asking. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@nordis.health and we will sort it.
