Nordis keeps as little of your data as possible. Here is exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you buy a guide, we collect your email address and the billing details Stripe needs to take payment. We use your email to send your download link and your receipt. That is all.

Payment data

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for payment data under its own privacy policy.

How we store it

We store your order (email, what you bought, and your download links) so you can re-download for thirty days. Download links expire automatically after that. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Email

We email you about your order only. We do not add you to a newsletter without asking. Transactional email is sent through Resend.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@nordis.health and we will sort it.
